Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed Work includes the construction of approximately 240 metres of paved multi-use trail, 160 metres of concrete sidewalk, 35 metres of storm main, a pedestrian refuge island, placement of granulars, concrete pads, curb and gutter, stamped concrete, the reinstatement of driveways, and landscaping along Aberdeen Street in The City of Fredericton. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents and in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29. The Bid that is compliant with Phase I mandatory requirements hereunder and contains the lowest or any Bid Price will not necessarily be accepted by the City. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be obtained by October 30, 2024. Deadline to Submit Questions September 26, 2024
