Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project includes the removal of existing roofing system on approx. 1/3 of the building, installation of new 2-ply mod. Bit. roof assembly. Remainder of building is to receive recap of existing mod. bit. Roofing system and minor repairs. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission. The terms and conditions of The Procurement Act and Atlantic Procurement Agreement apply. The University is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion.
