Renovation of a detention facility in Newton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Boiler Replacement and removal of existing fuel storage tank at Newton Correctional Facility. The project includes: 1. Boiler Replacement (x2) in 2 phases including all associated equipment, fittings, piping. 2. Removal and backfill of existing buried Underground Storage Tank (UST). 3. Provide and install back up fuel source propane tank and all associated equipment, fittings, and piping. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 12-10-2024. Questions must be submitted by 2:00 pm, December 5, 2024 to the Issuing Officer.
