Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,200-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of November 21, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Midkota Public School #7 81 School Ave Glenfield, North Dakota 58443 To best deliver the most complete and comprehensive School Project, Midkota Public School Building Committee is seeking Construction Manager at Risk services as per the North Dakota Century Code 48-01.2. Final project approval is subject to Committee authorization. The project consists of the following components: An addition of approximately 2,200 SF, located at the south side of the current elementary school building, along with incidental remodeling of some existing spaces An addition of approximately 8,000 SF, located at the north side of the current high school building, along with approximately 2,500 of remodeling including converting the existing kitchen and lunchroom into classrooms. The estimated preliminary construction budget is $3,800,000. A separate budget is being held for design fees, Owner costs, and FF&E.
