Renovation of a military facility in Joint Base Mdl, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Complete repair and restoration of existing bronze statue. Repair all visible stress cracks. Fix all repairs that were started and not completed. All repairs to be blended into the statue leaving no signs of deterioration. Sandblast entire statue to remove all oxidation. Paint with graphite spray to achieve statuary appearance from original casting. Protective coating to be applied in either a satin or high gloss finish. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448424Q0052 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 2, 2023. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 with a small business standard size of $19M. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Capt Jared Skipper at jared.skipper.1@us.af.mil, and the Contracting Officer Adriana Dunaway at adriana.dunaway.2@us.af.mil no later than 1000, 30 September 2024.
