The US Army Corps of Engineers Francisco Distirct, San Francisco, CA (SPN) requests a proposal for the Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) and Warm Springs Dam (WS) Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Repair Services. CVD is located at Lake Mendocino, Ukiah, CA and Warm Springs Dam (WSD) is located at Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, CA. Please see the solicitation and attachments for details. Information regarding site visits are also provided in the solicitation. The Contractor shall begin performance within ___5____ calendar days and complete it within ____1095 ____ calendar days This solicitation will result in a Four (4) year Firm Fixed Price Contract; One (1) BaseYear and Three (3) Options Years, Twelve (12) month period of performance periods each. 1 December 2024- 30 November 2025 1 December 2025- 30 November 2026 1 December 2026 - 30 November 2027 1 December 2027 -30 November 2028 The price range is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Any questions regarding this synopsis/solicitation, shall be submitted by e-mail to Mr. J.
