Routine septic/holding tank pumping and portable restroom rental services are required at CA State Parks located within Mendocino County. This is a 3-year service agreement. Pump, transport, dispose of waste material, and cleain holding/septic tanks including vaults, wet wells, lift stations, pit toilets, and portable restrooms from various State Park locations as described herein; provide rental service of non-State-owned portables . The anticipated performance period of the contract is May 1, 2025, or Upon DGS Approval whichever is later, through April 30, 2028, or 3 years from DGS Approval. Included in this solicitation are instructions to bidders and a sample standard agreement for review and consideration of a bid proposal. Review specific detailed (DVBE) insurance requirements before considering bid which is contained in Exhibit D. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements are waived for this solicitation; however incentive program applies. All bids shall remain valid for 30 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids may be rejected if they show any alterations to form, additions not called for, conditioned bids, incomplete bids, or irregularities of any kind. Only those bids which cover all the work outlined will be considered. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid date notes: Bids shall be be submitted in duplicate a sealed envelope. This envelope shall include the return address of bidder the marked "Bid - Do Not Open" and delivered to the place shown above prior to the time and date of the Facsimile bid opening. (Fax) It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that his/her bid is received in proper time. responses will not be considered. Bid submission time will be as date stamped associated with when the electronic email submission was received by state administrator. Submissions with attached PDF exceeding ten megabytes (10 MB) in size risk being rejected and can be deemed unresponsive. DPR will provide individual electronic email response confirming receipt of each submission received.
