From time to time, it may be necessary for the City to order and pick up a smaller quantity of Asphalt Cold Mix; bidders should quote both the 60-ton delivered price, and the 25-ton City pick up price on the eBid Line Item. Bidders may submit partial bids according to the items that they can provide. City reserves the right to make multiple awards. 1.The term of the agreement will be for a one-year base period with up to four one-year optional renewals.
