The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for upgrading selected components of the existing electrical system of the site. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other attachments for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding is not currently available but will be made available IAW FAR 52.232-18 -Availability of Funds.
