Renovation of a laboratory facility in Kimberly, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for upgrading selected components of the existing electrical system of the site. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076. SITE VISIT: Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time. See Section L.4 for more information and RSVP instructions. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for upgrading selected components of the existing electrical system of the site at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other attachments for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding is not currently available but will be made available IAW FAR 52.232-18 -Availability of Funds. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
