**As of June 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Kloepfer, Inc., with an awarded amount of $284,427.84.** 2025 Street Chip Seal Placement Project The Project includes the following Work: The Work is generally described as follows: City Coordination and Notification to Residences and Businesses Abutting Work Areas; Traffic Control; Cover and Protect Manhole Lids and Collars, Valve Lids and Collars, Concrete Valley Gutters and Storm Water Drain Access Grating; Brush Road Systems and Remove Vegetation and Debris Prior to Chip Seal; Uniformly Apply CRS-2P @ 0.35 gal/SY and Chips onto Project Road Surfaces; Remove Excess Chips, Protective Coverings and Excess Seal Materials on Valve and Manhole Covers, Concrete Valley Gutters and Storm Water Drain Access Grating The Project is expected to commence on or after June 15, 2025 ; be substantially complete by September 12 , 2025 and final completion by September 15, 2025. The project start date is flexible with consideration to sustained ambient temperatures and the exclusion of Good Neighbor Days (July 9-12). The project has an expected duration of two (2) weeks. .
