Site work for a water / sewer project in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each online bid shall be accompanied by an electronic bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount of the bid naming the Manitowoc Public Utilities as obligee. The bid bond shall be forfeited to MPU in the event that the low bidder fails to enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days of award. The Manitowoc Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of MPU to the lowest responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. There is no pre-bid meeting for this contract B. After the bid opening of this contract, the relining low bidder will be invited to attend the pre-bid meeting with site work bidders on October 14, 2024; the relining low bidder is expected to participate in this meeting. Invites and details will be sent to the Contract B low bidder.
