Project no. 13165-005-01, 21-009 The City of Orange City, Florida is accepting sealed bids from qualified licensed CONTRACTOR to provide construction services associated with ITB B223-0-2024/DRS as specified by the Technical Manual and Construction Plans associated with this project. This is a grant-funded project utilizing State Revolving Funds (SRF) obligated through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and subject to audit under all Federal, State and City requirements that apply. This project involves the construction of the Orange City Industrial Drive Drinking Water, Stormwater and Reclaimed Water Project, SRF DW64207 & SW64208. Scope includes but is not limited to: 1. SRF DW - Replacement of substandard water mains, addition of valves, and fire hydrant replacements; and 2. SRF SW - A complete stormwater re-design and construction, as well as a new lift station to replace the existing obsolete one located near the pond; and 3. SRF SW - An alternative water supply (reclaimed water) extension to mitigate Blue Spring minimum flows and levels (MFLs). 4. The selected Contractor MUST provide submittals and purchase all electrical components within 30 calendar days of the issuance of a written Notice to Proceed. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
