As of January 14, 2026, this project has been cancelled. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Request for Qualifications Architectural Services Pursuant to Florida Statute 255.103 and 287.055, Consultants' Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), the School Board of Volusia County Florida hereby publicly announces the need to procure Architectural Services for Manatee Cove Elementary, 11 Classroom Addition. The estimated construction cost is $ 12,000,000. The Firm's representative shall be an authorized employee and shall sign-in the meeting accordingly. Only those Firms signed-in attendance at this meeting will be eligible to submit for this Project. A current Certificate of Qualification is required to meet the minimum qualifications necessary to be considered for architectural services pursuant to the RFQ. The final Board meeting to certify as a qualified consultant is December 10, 2024. The School Board of Volusia County Florida reserves the right to waive any informality in the selection process and to reject any or all submittals in the best interest of the School District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
