Contract includes annual roofing maintenance and repairs for OKC Will Rogers International Airport, including the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Wiley Post Airport, and Clarence E. Page Airport. In an effort to ensure that the Trust has adequate resources for certified roofing repairs at all times, the Trust hereby reserved the right to award an Annual Maintenance Contract to one, or more, lowest and best competitive Bidder(s). Further, the Trust reserves the right to not award any Annual Maintenance Contract, and the right to competitively bid and award other contracts for the same or similar types of Work during the same or overlapping periods for other additional funds. Award of an Annual Maintenance Contract hereunder neither guarantees the issuance of purchase orders to any contractor nor issuance of purchase orders adding up to the Annual Maintenance Contract amount in an Contract year. any purchase orders issued under the Annual Maintenance Contract will be subject to the Trust's purchasing guidelines. Bidders shall be pre-qualified pursuant to Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by the City Council December 8, 2020, or qualified as otherwise specified in the Bidding Documents. Bidders on this Project must prequalified with The City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Roofing Contractor "A" prior to submitting a bid.
