Site work and paving for a road / highway in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will evaluate and rebuild College Road between 12 th Ave and the Oval. Utility infrastructure within the limits of the roadway will be reviewed and replaced as necessary. The project will also include hardscape improvements between Page Hall and the Timashev Family Music Building to align with future programming in the area and enhance pedestrian safety. The selected A/E will provide cost estimating and scope verification for programming options. The limits of the project are generally shown in the adjacent photo. The full scope and description are subject to change. Construction is planned for summer of 2026. Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Dan Sayer at sayer.38@osu.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website at Bids & RFQs on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. Scope of Services The project and construction budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. EDGE Participation Goal- 5 %. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
