Roof replacement projects may be issued for any of the facilities within the OCDSB. Projects may range in value from $50,000 to $3,000,000. The majority of the work will be scheduled during the months of July and August. However, some work may occur during the school year and/or when the facilities are occupied. Contractors will be evaluated separately for prequalification to bid on future projects in four categories detailed below. Categories are based on the estimated value of a project. Category 1 - Projects valued between $50,000 and $249,999 Category 2 - Projects valued between $250,000 and $499,999 Category 3 - Projects valued greater than $500,000 - $749,999 Question Deadline: Fri Oct 11, 2024 1:00:00 PM Respondents should promptly examine all of the documents comprising this RFSQ and may direct questions or seek additional information in writing through the bidding system on or before the Deadline for Questions.
