Reference Number 0000279185 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/03 05:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/10/08 08:00:00 AM EDT Pricing Lump sum We are inviting trade contractors to submit a Stipulated Price Quotation (the Quotation) to perform the following Work: TP-04 Mechanical The contractor is responsible to provide a complete sprinkler system to protect the various spaces of the Wellington building located at 180 Wellington. The systems are to include, but are not limited to the following: .1 Hydraulic calculations. 2 Coordination of required equipment connections with mechanical and electrical sub-trades. .3 Production of sprinkler construction drawings signed and sealed by a professional engineer. 4 Modification of wet pipe sprinkler to cover the work area including all piping, sprinklers, and all accessories required for a complete installation. .5 Modification of wet pipe sprinkler system to allow for working sprinkler system in occupied areas of sprinkler zone for the duration of construction. .6 The supply and installation of fire extinguishers. .7 The review and approval of the installed systems by the signing engineer. .8 All close out submittals.
