Ridgefield Rec Center Folding Wall Installation The Town of Ridgefield is requesting proposals from qualified installers for the replacement of existing room dividing, hinged, operable, folding walls. The successful bidder will be responsible for coordinating their work with Ed Gabbianelli, Building Maintenance Supervisor, Parks and Recreation. In general, the scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following items: o Furnish and install two (2) new Modernfold Acousti-Seal continuously hinged electric operable walls or agreed-upon alternative in existing openings. o All materials and work will be in accordance with furnished plans developed by Trillium architects and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. o Awarded contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of existing room dividers. o Obtain all permitting as required, fees will be waived. o Work shall be coordinated with the Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Department to minimize unnecessary disruption to normal Recreation Center operations. o A neat and orderly project site shall be maintained through the entire project. o The awarded contractor shall repair any damage to Recreation Center or other Parks and Recreation or Town property which may occur as a result of the project.
