Township of Mount Laurel Snow/brush Removal Services 3 Years: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 (Year 1) January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (Year 2) January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 (Year 3) Each bid must be submitted enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to the "Township Clerk, Township of Mount Laurel, 750 Centerton Road., Mount Laurel, NJ 08054" and plainly marked on the outside "Bid for Snow/Brush Removal Seasons", including the name of the bidder and delivered before or on the day and time of the bid opening and must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit. Facsimile bids will NOT be accepted. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action). Bidders are required to submit a statement of ownership with their bid as required by P.L. 1977, c. 33 (Disclosure of Ownership). Bidders are required to submit a copy of their Business Registration Certificate with their bid as required by N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Township of Mount Laurel, Burlington County, NJ, at the time and under the conditions stipulated. The Township is not responsible for the loss or destruction of any bids mailed or delivered to the Township Clerk prior to the time set for the bid opening.
