Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project generally includes: the replacement of approximately 1,800 LF of existing 8" CLDIP water main on St. David Drive, associated fittings and appurtenances, 2 fire hydrant assemblies with 8" gate valve installations, (39) 3/4 water service installations, 750 LF of 3/4 type "K" copper water service installation, approximately 5,000 SY of 2" mill and overlay and 2" thick surface course, refurbishment of 2 type "B" inlets, and applicable roadway restorations including replacing the existing ADA ramps. Additionally, the existing water main must be abandoned and filled with grout. Each bid must be accompanied by (i) all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and (ii) a bid guarantee in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid price as established in the Bid, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of MLTMUA and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid.
