the Swimming Pool Repair Project encompassing the repair of the DuBois Area High School pool. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Steve Dunlap, sdunlap@dubois.school, before 11:00 A.M. on OCTOBER 10, 2024. Response to question will be in the form of an Addendum(s) provided to all plan holders by 4:00 P.M. on OCTOBER 14, 2024. Timeline - The project timeline is as follows: Commencement of work: After March 25, 2025 Completion deadline: July 1, 2025 to accommodate our Summer School program. Pool Gutter Repairs – The scope of work for this project involves the repair of ~ 84’ of the pool gutters system, located in the shallow end of the pool. The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: o Cut out the stainless pressure side of the gutter system and custom fit a 1/8” 316 stainless liner, followed by field welding it in place. o Field weld the pressure side back into place. o Remove all old caulking and install new caulking, using approved materials, to seamlessly transition from the stainless steel gutter system to the existing fiberglass pool wall. o Refinish the repaired area with white pool paint to match existing pool color.
