Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dubois, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Work includes EPDM roofing replacement, metal panel replacement and exterior painting. BID GUARANTY: A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond shall be submitted with the Proposal in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. PENNSYLVANIA PREVAILING WAGE RATES: This regulation and the general Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates, (Act 422 of 1961, P.L. 987, amended), as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, which shall be paid for each craft or classification of all workers needed to perform the Contract during the anticipated term therefore on the locality in which public work is performed, are made part of this specification. THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT to postpone or cancel receipt of bids, and to accept or to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part if the best interest of the Owner will be served thereby.
