Renovation of a mixed-use development in Channahon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and golf course.
Perform all work as shown and specified. The work is as follows, either wholly or in part. 1. Site Preparation 2. Grading and Earthwork 3. Drainage 4. Feature Construction 5. Site Restoration Cut off for Questions: Monday, October 14, 2024 end of day Renovation of the golf course bunkering on the 18-hole Heritage Bluffs Golf Club. Those General Contractors that are interested in bidding on this project must have had previous experience in the construction of golf courses. Only bids from General Contractors meeting the Minimum Qualification Standards as specified in the bid documents will be deemed qualified. The Owner reserves the right to waive all technicalities. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/.01, et seq.) (the "Act") shall apply to the Project Work.
