Contract #1: The installation of approximately 10,000 LF of Relining Existing Sewer Line, 2,000 LF of Remove and Replace Existing Sewer Pipe, 4,000 LF of New Gravity Sewer Pipe, 60 EA Manhole Rehabilitations, 20 EA New Manholes, and all necessary related appurtenances. Contract #1 - Berkeley Springs Sanitary System Improvements Project 240 / 270 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Warm Springs Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
