As of October 31, 2025, a design firm has not yet been selected. A timeline for construction has not been established. Scope of Work This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting a Consultant to design and administer construction of the replacement for the East Campus Water Well. The existing well is located near the entrance to Building 29. The selected consultant shall work with the consultant managing Project 2024- 435 WSH-Water System Assessment Improvements, which assesses the existing water system in the campus to potentially transfer through consolidation of WSH's water system to Lakewood Water District (LWD). This project requires preliminary investigation and scoping, documenting existing conditions, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, construction administration, closeout, and warranty services.
