Professional Services Consultant - Professional Engineering Services. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The City is requesting proposals from professional civil engineering firms to provide a variety of engineering drafting, documentation, and engineering services. The desired services include but are not limited to preparation of construction plans, engineering standard drawings, exhibits, written construction standards, and construction estimates. The desired consultant must provide written (Word or Excel) and AutoCAD drafting support for the Water Resources Department to generate standard construction drawings, documents, details, and exhibits. The City is preparing multiple standard documents, drawings, exhibits, and details for construction purposes This is for a professional services consultant. The consultant must include a team led by a licensed and registered as a State of California Professional Civil Engineer (PE). Please note that per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the bidder during the bid or proposal process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the RFP or bid, the Finance Director, or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process. The selected consultant must have five (5) years of experience with utility design, engineering drafting, AutoCAD drafting generation, construction, general civil drawing exhibits, and plans.
