Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the remodel of a 5,774-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Oak Lawn Park District-Memorial Park Bathhouse Remodeling Bids will be received for the following bid packages: Excavation & Site Utilities, Building Demolition, Asphalt, Landscape, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, General Trades, Roofing & Sheet Metal, Aluminum Glass & Glazing, Drywall & Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Ceramic, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Award to the successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days. The Park District encourages women and minority business firms to submit bids and encourages bidders to utilize minority businesses for supplies, equipment, and services.
