Reference Number : 0000367789 The Village will implement, through this Contract, tree pruning, removal, and emergency tree work as identified in the specifications at locations in the Village as directed by the Village Public Works Director or a Village representative. The services will include the pruning of Village trees for either cycle pruning, demand pruning, T & M pruning (storm, threat of Right of Way), or tree removal in parkway, green strip, alley, or immediate threats to the ROW. The Contractor will be responsible for providing sufficient supplies, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, waste disposal, and labor required to fulfill the Tree Services Contract. The Contractor shall perform all services in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Specifications during the entire Contract period.
