Renovation of a municipal facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 176,000-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility.

The Scope of Work for this project includes: The addition of three (3) new courtrooms in the existing building. This encompasses extensive millwork and casework. Included is the renovation and repurposing of various county department spaces to make more efficient use of the existing areas. A portion of the project is to replace the existing carpet with new carpet tiles. At designed areas there will be new ceilings, drywall partitions, doors, frames, and finishes. Project will be phased into at least two component parts with breakout areas as defined in the plans and coordinated specifically with the successful bidder Montgomery County Courts Center Phase 3 Renovations located at 2 Millennium Plaza, Clarksville, TN Each Bidder must deposit (with his/her bid) bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The right to reject any or all bids and to wave technicalities is reserved by the owner.
