Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: replacement of 6 trusses, a girder truss, and electrical lighting and wiring attached thereto. The Town will be accepting bids for the following Contracts: General Construction and Electrical Contract. The work site is located at the existing sand/salt storage facility, 347 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions To Bidder The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional bids
