1. Pick up Container and Deliver to Storage Facility 2. Off load contents (pallets of GAC) into the warehouse 3. Provide covered and fully enclosed warehouse storage for 1000 pound bags Granulated Activated Charcoal (GAC). 4. Pick up pallets from warehouse and deliver to BWS GAC facilities. The term of the contract(s) shall be for a period of thirty six (36) months from receipt of a written "Notice to Proceed" that is issued by the Officer-inCharge or an authorized representative of the Officer-in-Charge, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto or otherwise specified in the award letter to be issued to the successful bidder. Contract Duration: 1095 Calendar Days Questions must be submitted in writing, via email to Fn_Procurement@hbws.org, no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date, in order to generate an official answer. In addition to any other basis identified herein or in the Contract, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to refuse to accept any bid, to reject any bid received from any bidder, or to disqualify a bidder.
