Remodeling of an educational facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Scope: Remodel an existing breakroom and turn it into a single use restroom. Additional remodeling of an existing classroom and converting it to a breakroom for use by students, faculty, and staff. Questions or approved equal materials may be submitted by bidder no later than close of business Thursday, October 3rd, 2024. Email questions to Haylie Gardner at purchasing.office@wichita.edu. Retain the remaining documents for reference. Contractors must be a responsive, responsible bidder in good standing. WSU has the right to accept whichever bid WSU deems to be in the best interest of WSU based on price, past performance, current workload, schedule, and other contributing factors, including any unresolved issues for past or current projects in progress.
