Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will install traffic signalization at the intersection of Old Honeycutt Road (SR 2765) and Kennebec Road (SR 2754) to improve traffic flow through the intersection adjacent to Willow Spring High School. Pedestrian enhancements will also be implemented to support future connectivity in the area. As of October 2, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin towards the end of 2025.
