**As of October 23, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Town of Fuquay-Varina is soliciting bid proposals for the Banks Road Park Baseball Field project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, grading, installation of a new baseball field, and any other necessary components. Comprehensive project requirements are detailed in the plans and specifications provided. Event Bid Description: In all cases, include the Bidder's name, address, North Carolina contractor license number, and the name and phone number of a contact person. This is an informal project, so bids are not required to be sealed and may be submitted in any form specified by the local government. All submitted bids will be reviewed by the Town of Fuquay-Varina. All interpretations related to this Request for Bids (RFB) must be submitted in writing to Cody Simonson, at csimonson@fuquay-varina.org by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Responses to requests for interpretation will be issued as an addendum. The final addendum will be posted to the Town website by 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 31, 2025. The Town of Fuquay-Varina reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason and to accept the bid most favourable to the Town.
