SUMMARY A. The Work covered by this Specification Section includes providing and furnishing all design, engineering, labor, materials, transportation, tools, piping, fittings, valves, hangers and supports, devices, sprinklers, and any other components and services required for the installation of a complete, operational, fully functional, and code compliant automatic sprinkler systems. B. The Work must comply with all requirements of these specifications, including where the specified requirements are exceeding minimum code requirements. Any design inconsistencies or conflicts within this document must be resolved through the Request for Information (RFI) process prior to the contractor's bid submission. All fire alarm system related RFIs will be reviewed and processed by the Owner or Owner's Representative. C. The Contractor shall perform all Work in accordance with the Specifications, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
