Site work for a water / sewer project in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid submittals will be received to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the replacement of the 8 water line in 33rd Street from Avenue R to Avenue P. The selected Contractor shall complete the work within 30 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Questions Due Date: Oct 8th 2024, 12:00 PM CDT The bidder is required to submit a bid bond from a reliable surety company, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Temple, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid submitted as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a contract within ten (10) days and execute all necessary bonds (if required) within thirty (30) days after notice of award of the contract to him. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond in accordance with Texas Government Code in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in the bidding
