Renovation of a fire / police facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of work includes but not limited to: 1) Supply and installation of partitions, bunk beds, night tables, bedding, accessories, etc. on the main level of the building and as indicated on the drawings. 2) Supply and installation of partitions walls to create a filing storage room on the third floor of the building as indicated on the drawings. 3) Provision for minor electrical work including conduit, wiring, and lighting. 4) Testing and commissioning to ensure that all systems are fully functioning to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Consultant. 5) Removal of debris off site. 6) Cleaning. The timeline for the above work to be performed is between October 21, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
