Former Tremploy Building - Interior Renovation Work of this Contract involves construction of Former Tremploy- ELP Renovations, 75 Raiders Rd., Charlottetown, PE, including related site work and connection to utilities and services as required, and hard and soft landscaping. In summary, the work as shown on drawings and specified includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: .1 Demolition of Existing construction and systems as described in Demolition Drawings for Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical .2 New openings in existing cast in place concrete foundations for plumbing .3 Building Envelope Repairs .4 Exterior Aluminum Window .5 New Interior Doors, upgrading of door hardware .6 Cabinets .7 Flooring/ Ceilings/ Partitions .8 Painting .9 Mechanical .1 New Washrooms and fixtures .2 Upgrading existing heating .3 Relocation of existing and new heat pumps .4 Ventilation system/ Ductwork .10 Electrical .1 Power systems .2 Lighting A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount.
