Advance I&I Repairs. Site Address: 103 North Oak Street Description: The proposed project includes cleaning and video inspection of approximately 53,744 linear feet of gravity sewer line and CIPP lining for approximately 11,555 linear feet of 8 inch gravity sewer line. MBE (10%), WBE (10%) Item No. 1 - Mobilization/Demobilization: Description: Mobilization shall include the cost of transporting materials and machinery to the project site, site preparation, equipment setup and testing, temporary erosion control measures, any required permits, and any and all other work needed to begin work on the project. Demobilization shall include the cost of removing materials and machinery from the project site, final cleanup, equipment breakdown, completing any required permits, and any and all other work needed to finish work on the project. 2. Method of Payment: Lump Sum Item No. 2 - Line Cleaning and Video Inspection: Description: This item shall include all labor, equipment, and materials needed to clean and video the existing sewer lines as shown within the plans. This item shall include the removal of roots if required by using hydraulic and or mechanical outlets, the furnishing of summary of findings and complete video footage, and any other items necessary to provide a complete and functional project as outlined in the project plans and specifications. 2. Method of Payment: Linear Foot. CIPP Lining: 1. Description: This item shall include all labor, equipment, and materials needed to successfully install Cured-ln-Place Pipe. This item shall include all labor and materials needed to install a liner in sewer lines including but not limited to setup, TV inspection, line cleaning, by pass pumping, liner installation, liner curing, service restoration, public notices, traffic control, testing and any and all other items needed to provide a complete and functional sewer liner as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. 2. Method of Payment: Linear Foot.
