Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove three (3) existing compressors; furnish and install three (3) new compressors; and replace 12 contactors as described herein. The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 7, Los Angeles Regional Transportation Management Center (LARTMC), 2901 W. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90041, Los Angeles County. Contractor License Type: C-20 Payment Bond (ADM-2009) Requirement: If the successful bidder's bid is $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Proposed Award Date (estimate) October 17, 2024 This Agreement will commence on November 1, 2024 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager.
