The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract, in the form of a purchase order, with the State of New Hampshire for the supply and installation of the item(s) indicated in the "Offer" section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. All bid submissions shall be treated as firm offers to remain valid for acceptance for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the bid due date. The transmittal of a vendor's response or bid submission to any State agency or office other than the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Purchase and Property may be grounds for disqualification The State of New Hampshire shall have the right to terminate this contract at any time by giving the successful Vendor a thirty (30) day written notice. The award shall be made to the Vendor meeting the criteria established in this RFB and providing the lowest cost by in total. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract. All award(s) shall be, in the form of a State of New Hampshire purchase orders. Question Deadline 10/03/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted by email to JONAH ROSA at JONAH.L.ROSA@DAS.NH.GOV States response to questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 10/4/2024 The Vendor shall provide four (4) NH Department of Education (NHED) logos for the purpose of mounting on three (3) exterior signs and the exterior of the building at 25 Hall Street in Concord, NH. The Vendor shall provide proofs to the NHED who shall approve prior to production of the logos. The logos shall be designed to fit the space available on the existing signs to occupy as much of the space as possible. The logos shall be weather-proof and fabricated with materials that will not deteriorate for no less than 10 years at a minimum. The Vendor shall remove the existing logos on the signs and building where the four (4) NHED logos will be installed. The surface of the signs shall be prepared/improved/modified as needed to receive the four (4) NHED logos.
