The project includes the complete replacement of the two chiller units, installation of plumbing isolation valves and replacement or modification of all existing plumbing, control wiring, programming, and electrical services to support the installation of the new chillers.The estimated dollar magnitude of this project is anticipated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period will be approximately 630 calendar days.
