Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Leonard, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The contractor is furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to install a valve or replace the plug valve with a globe valve, replace a leaking pump, cap some lines, and replace a leaking flex coupling. The optional work, item 2 in the IFB, is to remove the unused piping in the boiler room The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685. 1. The MAC Lab is a construction zone. J. Patterson Park and Museum must coordinate this work with the general contractor and Maryland Department of General Services. We want to avoid conflicts when performing this work. 2. Personal protective equipment must be worn. This equipment must include appropriate work clothes, safety toed shoes or boots, high visibility vests or clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, work gloves, and any other protective equipment as required. This is a noisy area, so hearing protection is recommended.
