Renovation of a municipal facility in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are invited for the replacement of the roof assemblies at Roof 6.0 and 6.1 of the Justice Center Building. Work to include installation of a hot asphalt applied modified bitumen built up roofing assembly with materials directly purchased by Door County through the Omnia Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Program. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total bid price payable to said Door County Facilities and Parks as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
