Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Garden Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Stream Bank Repair And Walking Path Installation This project involves stream bank stabilization, asphalt walking path installation, and all appurtenant work. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and a separate labor and materials bond both in the amount of 100% of the contract. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owners reserve the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids.
