Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in New Garden Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
As of July 7, 2021, the project has been awarded to McCarthy Masonry & Concrete Inc. for $185,773.80. Project generally comprises demolition of a bridge and its replacement with a precast concrete culvert and wingwalls, reconstruction of roadway, installation of guiderails and restoration to areas disturbed by construction operations. Owner will furnish precast culvert, wingwall, endwall and footing components for installation by Contractor. The Work will be performed under one Contracts as follows: General Construction. Clarification Deadline - 4/30/2021 4:00 Pm Questions will be accepted until 4:00PM prevailing time on April 30, 2021. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. New Garden Township Hereby Reserves the Right, Which Is Understood and Agreed to by All Bidders, to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Omissions, Errors, or Irregularities in Any Bid.
