Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed Proposals are requested for a single prime contract for porch and deck replacement work. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of base bid and all alternates, in accordance with the terms described in the instructions to bidders. A Performance and Payment Bond in a Penal Sum of 100 Percent of the Contract Price. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on Monday, March 31, 2025.
