The work to be done under this contract includes: Construction of approximately 3,930 SY of 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 160 SY of 6" Concrete and 530 SY of Concrete Sidewalk Ramps. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the citys purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities.
