The Coshocton County Land Reutilization Corporation and Coshocton Port Authority have requested bids for the materials, equipment, and labor necessary in the demolition of certain properties in Coshocton County in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. Additional details are provided in Bid #02-2024 as prepared by BJAMM Environmental. The Coshocton County Land Reutilization Corporation and Coshocton Port Authority reserve the right to reject any and all bids and will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The Coshocton County Land Reutilization Corporation and Coshocton Port Authority intend and require that this project be completed no later than 60-days after signing of contract. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The CCLRC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract.
