The City of Coshocton seeks a qualified general contractor to perform work for the construction of a building addition to provide a new motor control room which houses mechanical and electrical equipment, and a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the City of Coshocton. Work shall include, but not limited to, the following scope; site preparation, site utilities, construction of a 234 sf wood frame building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Coordination of the work shall be managed by the General Contractor. Bid bond is required. Liquidated damages (paragraph 6.13) apply to this project. The project is bid as single contract for a General Contractor. The successful bidder, on a lump sum basis, shall provide all labor and materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
